Since 2016, I have been offering BESPOKE GUIDED TOURS to share insights into WATER BUFFALO FARMING and CHEESE MAKING here in Ireland. Meet Johnny's ITALIAN Mediterranean water buffalo species, and taste buffalo milk cheeses and yogurts made right here on his farm.
As a professional CHEF, I really enjoy preparing DELICIOUS tasting boards to enjoy on the tour, featuring buffalo products, herbs, and salads from my garden, complimented with my favourite locally produced chutneys, jams, cream, and butter from the RIVER LEE VALLEY and GAELTACHT MHÚSCRAÍ region.
