Collaborating with our local Water Buffalo farmer, Johnny Lynch, I offer valuable insights into dairy farming life, best practices, and animal welfare in Ireland today. I can continue to cook and share my culinary skills by preparing delicious tasting boards using all things buffalo with a few favourite local ingredients added , all sourced from within the scenic River Lee Valley and Gaeltacht Muscraí region.
