Since 2016, I offer BESPOKE GUIDED TOURS to share insights into WATER BUFFALO FARMING and CHEESE MAKING here in Ireland. Meet Johnny's ITALIAN Mediterranean water buffalo species, and taste buffalo milk cheeses and yogurts made on his farm.
As a professional CHEF, I enjoy preparing DELICIOUS tasting boards for you to enjoy on the tour, featuring buffalo products, herbs, and salads from my garden, complimented with a few favourite locally produced chutneys, jams, cream, and butter from the RIVER LEE VALLEY and GAELTACHT MHÚSCRÍ region. Experience a meaningful connection to our land and culture, filled with FUN and laughter that is uniquely Irish.
